Sayacmarka is an Inca ruin that is believed to be a village as well as a sacred area, dedicated to the mountains. Sayacmarka means 'place you can't enter/inaccessible.
Sayaqmarka (Quechua, hispanicized Sayacmarca, also Sayacmarka, Sayaqmarca) is an archaeological site located in the Machupicchu District.
It is situated southwest of the archaeological site Runkuraqay and the Runkuraqay pass and southeast of the sites Phuyupatamarka and Qunchamarka.
